O LEVEL RESULTS !! oh no ...

it's been ages since i last blogged right? i'm sry lah, it's jus me and my stupid schedule ... the day has finally arrived, release of O's results ... =X

got sch super early, ard 12 plus bcos i had to go Vj for some stuff, ugh... managed to find Ms Tan and catch up with her, apparently BGSS hasn't changed one bit... oh gosh, even the food still sucks and is super ex as compared to VJ ...
Ms Tan actually quite evil, she told me roughly how much i got, haha...not totally lah, she onli said, "B3 for English and L1R5 is a single digit" ... heart calmed down after she said that, but she's not a really gd source lah (i think)...

then it was 230pm...
it was great coming back and seeing all the classes, and the frens tat i've bonded so much after 4yrs... amazing how time flies man
as we queued and sat down, Mr Lee came to me and asked me (and HS) to sit at the front... why?
"u two have done well" ...
yay! i must be one of the top scorers!!! i knew tat it was ok liao, i knew tat Ms Tan was right...

but this is the most shockin thing:

"KENG XING WEI DARREN, number of distinctions...6, 5 A1s, 1 A2 and 2 B3s ... may Darren pls come on stage to collect ur result slip"

the school started cheerin for me with thunderous applause and shouting...at tat point, i had to drag my legs up and start moving...my jaws couldnt close lah! as i walked on stage, the feelin was really really weird, imagine 250 pairs of eyes staring at you... heart was oso pounding super quickly, couldnt believe my eyes and my ears...
as i got back to my 'seat' and started counting... 3+1+1+1+1+1 = OMG! 8!!!! from tat moment on, i couldnt stop smiling...my cheeks like stuck, haha... 8-3 = 5, yay! i can stay in VJ !!!

i noe wat u must thinking, 8 pts oso can get top? ... my sch standard lousy can?

then hp inbox kana overflowed by smses and phone calls...for those who called / smsed me, sry for late reply and rejecting ur calls ya?
after all the top scorers got their results, it was the rest of the sch... tat was the sad part...

seeing all my close frens crying really hurts me, so wat if i got 8pts?
CheeYuan, the Lord has a purpose for u lah, He wont let you get those grades for nothin ok? His promises will nvr fail us... Trust Him! Jyss, donno how u get but do cheer up ok? EM, don wry too much ok? not stayin in Vj doesnt mean anythin lah, smile abit ok? we will still love you! haha!

tell u the truth... being top scorer sucks! i had to do interview, take pics ... plus i have to make a speech (together with Charmaine, she's 2nd) and speak to the Sec4 during one of their assembly... i needa make another speech for Speech Day, ugh! ...sianz

apart from all the excitement and crying... i wanna thank those who prayed for me and those who sent me smses to encourage me and wish me gd luck... i only asked God for a single digit, i didnt expect top scorer or 8 pts lor, it's His grace...His blessings! ... i feel so blessed... who dare to say prayers dont work?

anyway, i'm out...
